These terms apply to your use of amshairstudiotec.online and to services provided by AMS Hair Studio Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
2. Using this website
The information on this website is general and provided to help you choose a service. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage it or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
3. Bookings and quotes
- Appointments are requested by email. A booking is confirmed only when we reply to confirm the service, date and time.
- Quotes are based on the information you give us. If your hair needs more time or product than expected, we will discuss any change in price with you before continuing.
- If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please let us know by email as early as possible so the time can be offered to someone else.
4. Your hair and safety
Please tell us about any allergies, skin sensitivities, scalp conditions or recent chemical treatments before your appointment. For colour services we may recommend a patch test beforehand. We may decline or change a service if we reasonably believe it could damage your hair or harm your health.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Services must be provided with due care and skill, be reasonably fit for any purpose you made known to us, and be supplied within a reasonable time.
If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us promptly so we can look at the problem. For a minor failure, we may fix the problem within a reasonable time, for example with a corrective appointment. For a major failure, you are entitled to cancel the service and receive a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value. You may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, design and graphics, is owned by or licensed to AMS Hair Studio Pty Ltd. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce or republish it for any other purpose without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to this website, or decline to provide services, if you breach these terms or behave in a way that puts our staff or other clients at risk. Clauses that by their nature should continue, including those about intellectual property, liability and governing law, survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
